2009 Ford Fusion Sedan

From the rear photo of this 2009 Ford Fusion Sedan, notice that the license plate holder is located higher up on the trunk (as opposed to being located lower on the vehicle, in the rear bumper.) The license plate holder indent is quite wide, nearly the entire width of the trunk.

Also notice that the tail lights stop at the trunk lid, have a very triangular shape and have clear lens covers with a chrome band around them. The reverse lights are a rectangular shape. The Fusion also has an antenna mounted on the roof at the back of the vehicle just above the rear window. There is also a small spoiler mounted to the top of the trunk that has an integrated center brake light in it.



The front of the 2009 Ford Fusion Sedan has a rectangular grill with three chrome bands and an oval Ford emblem mounted in the center. There is also an opening below the grill with two chrome bands that may be flanked by fog lights on either side. The headlights have a very square or boxy shape to them and incorporate the front turn signals.
This side photo of the 2009 Ford Fusion Sedan clearly shows how the vehicle's antenna is located on the roof toward the rear of the car. It has round fuel filler door located on the driver's side. The rear side windows of a two-piece piece design. The side photo also shows how much the tail lights wrap around onto the side of the car as they come to a steep downward facing point.



The rear 3/4 angle shows more clearly how the tail lights wrap around the side of the vehicle. The spoiler mounted on top of the trunk is also more pronounced in this photo.









Some things that make the 2009 Ford Fusion's appearance unique are:
  • Roof mounted antenna located toward the rear of the car
  • Triangular shaped tail lights with chrome trim around them

  • License plate holder that is mounted on the trunk lid


2009 Chevrolet Aveo Sedan

From the rear photo of this 2009 Chevrolet Aveo Sedan, notice that the license plate holder is located higher up on the trunk (as opposed to being located lower on the vehicle, in the rear bumper.) The license plate holder indent is quite wide, nearly the entire width of the trunk.

Also notice that the tail lights stop at the trunk lid, have a very triangular shape and have clear lens covers. This Aveo also has an antenna on the roof, just behind the front windshield. There is also a small spoiler mounted to the top of the trunk that has an integrated center brake light in it.
The front of the 2009 Chevrolet Aveo Sedan has a main grill section between the headlights that is split half-way by a chrome band with a gold Chevrolet "bowtie" emblem in the center. There is also three openings in the lower part of the front bumper that make up the air dam which may have fog lights mounted in the outer two openings. The headlights incorporate the turn signals and wrap around the front corners of the vehicle. Also note that the windshield washers are attached to the hood (not concealed as they are on some vehicles.)

2009 Chevrolet Cobalt Sedan


From the rear photo of this 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt Sedan, notice that the license plate holder is located low on the vehicle, in the rear bumper (as opposed to being located higher up on the trunk.) The license plate holder is quite shallow, nearly flush with the rear bumper.

Also notice that the tail lights stop at the edge of the trunk and wrap around to the sides of the car in a triangular shape. The reverse lights are small circles mounted just below the actual tail light which is a larger circle. This Cobalt also has spoiler mounted on the top of the trunk. The center brake light is mounted in the trunk lid.

The Cobalt has an antenna mounted on the passenger side rear quarter panel, the same side that the round fuel tank door is located.

Also notice that the tail lights taper in toward the center of the vehicle, but do not wrap around to the sides of the car. This Malibu also has an antenna on the roof, just above the rear window.

The front of the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu has a three section split front grill. The front headlights incorporate the front turn signals and wrap around the front corners of the vehicle.
